We start on quiet roads to go gently uphill and join part of Jubilee Way, we rest overlooking Eastbourne with views to Bexhill on a clear day. Later we cross Paradise Drive and follow a signed path over a golf course, ending via Gildredge Park back to The Lamb. No Stiles but hilly. Suitable for people who are new to Downs walking, or returning after a break.
