Starting from Helen Garden, this path takes you down steep stairs to Holywell beach. It pauses in the Italian Gardens, follows the seafront promenade, and finishes at Towner Gallery. Along the way, you will see a dancer perform for you. This dancing tour guide will identify features of the performance locations and tell you how these inspire her movements. Please bring your own earphones to enjoy the music provided for each performance.

Exact meeting point: Helen Garden, BN20 7FE. Enter the park from Duke’s Drive, turn right, and we will meet on the bench by the bike racks.
Public transport to/from meeting point: The bus stop Foot of Beachy Head (stop ID: esuadpda) is just across the road from the meeting point.

Please note this route is not wheelchair friendly as it includes going down the stairs at Holywell.
